I have booked tatkal ticket and paid money to railyatri on 13 sep and ticket not booked, however refund of 856 is not received yet.
When i dialed toll free nr of [protected], no response or immediately call disconnected and drop an email to rail yatri, they automatically closing the ticket and referring to contact above toll free nr.
Put a lot of effort to get my money back to my bank account.
My order nr is 1576175 booked on 13 sep.
Please reach out to me [protected] for further details.

    I booked ticket at railyatri. My pnr no is :[protected]. I checked pnr status in railyatri app & i saw that chart not prepared & immediately i cancelled my ticket but for refund enquiry when i contact railyatri support. They are saying that you have cancelled ticket after chart has been prepared & trying to cheat me by keeping the money & told me that no refund will be given. Kindly take strict action against railyatri & refund my amount which i am eligible after cancellation.

      I ordered my food at kota junction.. One chiken chilly dry and 4 rotis and i got a soup with no chiken and roti was spoiled and dirty smell was coming.. I raised a complaint and i was empty stomach.. I paid 205 rupees and all wasted.. I gave food pict to the given numb.. They told they will contact me.. And the customer service helper is just rude..

        I had booked two tickets from raipur to jabalpur up & down on 22.08.2018, for journey date[protected] and[protected], and cancelled the same on[protected] in the morning, but now they are denying the cancellation. The matter was refered to them vide complaint no. 1388311 & 1388362. They have denied, saying the agent has not cancelled the ticket. Where does the agent is involved

          I booked a bus ticket through railyatri website with the below info.

          Orderid - 780990
          Visakhapatnam to vijayawada
          Pnr -
          Travels - sri sai ganesh travels
          Dep time - 10:00 pm aug 28, 2018
          Seat no. - 17
          Total fare paid rs.403.2

          Boarding pt - gurudwara
          Landmark - near bus stand

          I waited for almost 1 hr but i didn't get the bus.
          Later i realized the bus service is only a fake service.
          Just because of this bus i missed my journey and lost all the programs.

          As it was the last bus i was forced to take a hotel and had to pay extra despite of the ticket loss.

          I need justification.

            Rail yatri has indeed become hopeless.
            The customer care no[protected] is not responded for inordinately long periods, i have held till 21 mins on one occasion with my position as no 1 as announced by automated voice.
            The agents just do not listen, are rude very enough if connected.
            If connected to agent, the calls are kept on hold for inordinately long period again and / or disconnected by them and the ordeal again starts of connecting to an agent.
            Dear Sir,

            I am really very much disspointed from raiyatri.com
            I have booked a ticket on 03.09.18
            I have got information that my ticket is booked & PNR Nuumber is [protected].
            Even after several reminders I am not getting the ticket of my PNR.
            You are always sending me a ticket of different PNR which is not mine

              I ordered rakhis quantity 2 on 12 the aug 2018 still I didn't get any track or any message and call

              And I called to customer care number so many times
              But I didn't get connected to agent and disconnected
              Yesterday and today I sent a mail to this for track but still I didn't get any reply. Am struggling with your service.

              I ordered food at badnera junction on 18 Aug 18. Along with food, a nicotex with expiry date was delivered. It was expired in july 18.

                I booked bus from hyderabad to hubli on 11.01.2018 (Vrl). But bus was cancelled by operator. After that i sent refund request through railyatri. Vrl people told you will get refund from railyatri, till now my amount is not refunded...
                Your railyatri person said that the amount will be refunded in 6 to 7 days but now many days has completed.
                Plzzz sir refund my amount.

                  I have booked food online of www.railyatri.in and order confirmed by The Banyan tree hotel with advance payment but food is not supplied in my coach when I reached to the katpadi station.i was traveling with my family with 2years old chiled.train was late and I have called to the concern person to confirm before 45min in bellow number they told they will supply([protected])but food not received and night 10:30pm I could not able to find the food.need action on the same on top priority.coch numberB4.seat number-52.train number -22817.please find the attached screenshot of my order

                  My food order number -942860.kindly return my amount and please don't do the same with any customer who is traveling.

                  I booked my ticket on 1august but after booking my ticket was cancelled. But my money is not refunded. So plz refund my money.

                    I have mailed more than 30 times to Railyatri support team but no response from them. From the attached pic you can see that they know only this mail, without seeing the subject matter of consumer they hapazardly mailed us.
                    From the part of railyatri, bus ticket didn't booked but payment had deducted from my account.
                    Amount of RS. 698 has been deducted from my account.

                    Please refund me asap
