Loot on dhabas with the help of conductors and drivers
I am vijay sharma, c/o tagore pub. School, nangal choudhary, dt - mahender garh, haryana-123023, ph - [protected]. I found this complaint about loot of passangers at dhabas by owners, conductors and drivers of rsrtc. On facebook. Please read below and take action agains the culprits. Dhaba owners charge atleast 25% more than the printed rates on food items....

I had purchased ticket for Volvo (A/C) Bus of RSRTC for travel to Udaipur to Jaipur on 4/29/2012. Upon visiting the State bus stand in Udaipur I was informed by the official that the bus service got cancelled. This was utter negligence on RSRTC's end for not informing that the service was cancelled till date no refund provided. Very poor management,behaviour with customers
I am writing this complain sitting at Bikaner House for past 3 hours.I was forced to sit coz there are no buses available before waiting for 3-4 hours , no matter what time you reach.This is same scenario on most of the days and especially weekends ( Friday onwards ).When RSRTC is aware that there would be rush on these days then why don't they take a precautionary step to arrange for more buses to give comfort to their passengers.On...
