Yesterday (07/11/15) at morning i filed a complaint reg short cash received from the ATM . Just after filing the complaint I received telephonic Call from Phone No +[protected], [protected], (no number) and [protected] between 8.11 AM to 9.54 AM for refund of my amount of Rs 8000/- The caller convenience d me that he belongs to the SBI bank and after verifying my account the amount will be paid...

On 28/10/15 I used my debit card for withdrawal of Rs 20, 000/-( Rs 10, 000/- p[lus 10, 000/-) First 10, 000/- rteceived in order but subsequently received Rs 2000/- against Rs 10, 000/- and SMS received twice towards reversal enrty both side on credit side as well as debit side which resulted reversal entry zero.
