I ordered a gown and I got a saree which even servents won't buy it for 2nd hand.. how can one cheat this way.. I want my money backkk...I paid 900/- my order no. :- 20757
And I ordered this product- rajsimran women lehenga choli 111 ......

I placed an order for gown cost 800rs. On rajsimran.com(found through link on my facebook feed). instead of that they sended me an old saree which was teared also. I applied for either cancelling my order and to take back that saree and make refund or send me replacement which i ordered.
After mailing them several times they provided me a mobile no.([protected]) and asked to share them pictures of order they delivered. I provided them...

They delivered an old saree, filled the refund form no response till date.

I ordered lahenga choli on 28th January 2020 from rajsimaran.com, lahenga choli was worth 750 and 150 additional charges for gst, I totally paid 900 and the product they delivered on 30th January, and it was a old saari worth less then 45 rupees, I also applied for return and refund but they didn't respond, I also request them on whatsapp, here is the whatsapp

Ordered a teal blue women kurta worth 450 on 5th feb 2020. Paid 600 rs. Including 150 shipping charge. Instead of ordered product, half to 1 meter white cloth was delivered on 17th feb. Logged a return and refund request the very next day. Received a response on 19th feb that staff has misplaced the order. Inspite of numerous follow-ups there is no response. Plz help....

I have ordered lahanga for me from rajsimran online on 4.2.2020 and it was delivered on 11.02.2020 and i have paid rs. 900/- as cod. When i have opened the packet i found a damage synthetic saree in that. I made complaint on [protected]@rajsimran.com as available on site and filled the refund form also over there. I had ordered saree for rs. (550 + 150) delivery charges =700rs on 29th jan.. And instead received an old saree of very bad material. I had also received a mail from their mail id after i filled refund form whuch tgey had mentioned. They replied me back by apologizing for misplaced. Its been 3 week since no one come to collect neither my money refunded. Kindly take action as soon as possible before they do this to everyone..br...

Please stop continue this website since they are wantedly cheating the customers with delivering old clothes for all ordered clothes.. They promised like return-policy in website and not at all giving any return or refund as they promised..
If not take necessary action, then many of the customer will surely affect of these fraudulent website....

I had ordered a one piece on 29/01/2020 on rajsimran.com with order number 31305. And i received very bad quality dress material instead. I raised a request for return but still didn't get the reply from them nor anyone came to pick up the item. I paid 650/- for the it and 150/- for shipping so in total i paid 800/- in cash which i haven't got back inspite of submitting my account number....

May be i have given the torn saree pic ... i was not having that ... this type site or company should not be supported or promoted by any brand or trusted APP like GOOGLE or FACEBOOK.

I know very well i am going to get back my 1000 rupees so blaming and complaining dose not have any sense.

Please support us by terminating this site so that in future no body should face these type of issue ....

On website rajsimran.com they are showing kurties. By seeing their pictures n description i ordered for 2 kurties. When i received the consignment i got 2 dress material n that material is also not satisfactory.. I paid 1400/- on delivery.

I ordered 2 kurtis on 31 jan2020. My order no #41232.
On website rajsimran.com they are showing kurties. By seeing their pictures n description i ordered for 2 kurties. When i received the consignment i got 2 dress material n that material is also not satisfactory.. I paid 1200/- cash on delivery.

I felt that dresses on rajsimran reasonable and i've ordered products on rajsimran on tuesday. Product delivered on next wednesday (7 days later).
Bluedart courier service delivered the product. They asked me to sign on mobile and pay the amount before opening the product.
The product delivered to me is used dress and damaged one. I didnot get the product i ordered... Color different, category different
So don't order...

They sent me a used saree. A totally different product. Now they don’t reply to any return request neither the number they have given is working. It’s a fraud website and just loots d money if ppl. The dress i ordered was a 650 rs plus shipping for cod of rs 150/- like this they charged rs 800/- and now no body is responding from there. I have received another product. A sari of worst quality when i ordered a gown. The delivery personnel from blue dart said that it's usual thing by this company, he even showed the list of angry customers. Rajsimran.com is a cyber crime website!! The creater should be hunted down and jailed for life. They sold less than 100rs dress material for 800rs and claimed it to be a suit of 4500 on the website!!

Please please, catch them and put them behind bars. It claims to have a contact email and facebook contact also. But, no one replies and it claims full refund also but give nothing!!

I have ordered for 2 kurtis rs. 1200 from this website. When i received the product i saw that was not the ordered one. They are cheating the people like me. I need the refund money from them. I filled up the return and refund form but i dont have any hope to get the refund money. Fraud website.

Most of the womens will buy clothes by using the discount, like that only i used the discount and purchased but i felt very sad once...

Regarding the order which places recently.

Which made us completely regret about ordering from you with price of 800/- which is completely unworthy and product which we have received is completely different from which we have ordered. The product i order was not receive and i want to return the product, i already submitted the request for returned but still no one come to pick it.

Kindly enquire about this site called rajsimran.com who keeps advertising in facebook, dite looks authentic. Many have ordered from them and everyone are cheated. He is displaying a very good kurtas, gowns and suits in the site and sends very bad quality 2meter material which is just for name sake do that the customer pay money to collect the order...

I ordered for two sets kurtis for 1200 rupees and they sent me very low quality product. I asked for return and refund following their process and at the end of the process it shows "your request has been recorded" but i expected a coformation letter from them mailed to me. I don't know whether they are refunding me or not? If refunded within 10 working days i'll definitely give my feed back....

I have ordered kurta for rs.600/-. They have delivered wrong low quality kurta material instead of stitched one. I didn't known it was a fraud site. I have seen it in instagram and ordered kurta. What a fraud company/site. Please ignore this site from buying. I request the government authorities to please take some action against these fraudsters. Save innocent people like us....
