I had odered set of 5 rakhis to deliver in bangalore with order no GL-[protected] online from GiftaLove.com. Delivery date was 20/08/2013.Rakhi has not been delivered yet. The website is also not replying on mail and neither they have any contact no. I have confirmation mail sent by them regarding successful payment and oder confirmation. Please help me out. i am cheated....

I have couriered a Rakhi to Ghazipur, UP from Gurgaon(Haryana) on 16th-July-2012 but it is still not dispatched to the destination.
