I placed an order for Cadbury Celebrations boxes with rakhis and my brother received 2 Dairy milk bars that you get in CVS here along with 1 Snicker and 1 milky way bar...My brother and I were totally disappointed. Rakhisale is bogus and fraudulent. Please do not make purchases from this site ever....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. rakhi delivered to the wrong country
you guys are supposed to send my rakhis to australia but they were sent to ireland
you guys spoiled my rakhi day which comes just once in a year and it all happened just because i trusted your site.
I need a proper explanation with refund from your website for being so irresponsible.

Don't use this.These people are fake.I placed order with them on 12th aug 2013 for 2 rakhis and one big chocolate pack.On 13th aug there site displayed that my order had bee dispatched and tracking details will be available soon.On 16th aug I cald them to knw the delivery status and the person said that it will be delivered by monday(it was a delivery within India).Then again when I saw the order status on there site it showed the tracking...
