Ramkay TVS provides worst service . Today I had a very bad experience at Ramkay TVS. They don't know how to respect customers when they comes to warranty services. They do not service our vehicle properly and the mechanics are not well trained. It took more than 7 days for a new bike and when it took time it was attributed to sensor board problem. But while taking delivery the petrol tank is leaking. When asked for the reason, it was said...

I had a very bad experience over the Ramkay TVS Adyar. They are fully focused to bill more amount on service. They never repair our vehicle properly and mechanic are not well trained. I took my bike on more than 4 times after my service for same compliant but still it is not resolved. I don`t know who is giving the ISO certification and all... I think almost for last 33 years their cheating customer by charging more & their proudly celebrating...

I had given my Tvs star city bike for service on 6 mar 2010, my major complaint is Miss fire in engine and so that some bursting sounds appear through silencers when riding. Due to that mileage has drastically reduced.

After the Service also when i checked for mileage its not satisfactory and also one day i checked for the self starter was not working, i found that my battery that i have changed on march 2009 (exactly one year...
