Hello, Karnataka Govt introduce providing 30 kg of rice a month to BPL families at Re 1 a kg, but most of the BPL families are selling their rice to retail shop for higher rice Rs. 10 or 15 and shop owners are selling same rice to other people at Rs. 15- 20. When we question to BPL families why they selling the rice ,they answered quality & type of rice what they expected from Govt is failed to supply , but as i seen the rice quality...

We buy ration from pds shop in the ranganathan garden p & t quarters. annanagar west.
If the total bill comes to Rs 67.50 and if we give correct change the shop keeper refuses to take it.
He wants only Rs 68. May be he is rounding every 50 ps like this.
Let him accept the correct change if given. They are rude also if we protest....

The Ration shop no.114 is become a place where all the food material is now being sold and he is got giving items and rice correctly to the poor people and shop was also closed every time and in amonth he was opened only 8 days in amonth that’s it and there is no complaint drop box also. Please take action on that shop......

The board show its working hours as morning 8.00 to noon and then till 8.00 at night. But actually its just open at 4.30 evening and didn't provide us the eligible items. Ration shops are the asylum for poor people to feed them since years back. Now the trend is again changed, because of the price hike even the rich also depends on government Ration shops for rice and other cereals. but the major problem in the ration shop in my village is unavailability of food items. rice is available in sometimes, but the wheat, sugar and other cereals such as pea comes once a blue moon...

Ration shop no: (( EB 074 )) -Avadi ((Market)) in that shop the person appointed for billing was not following the rule he billing too many cards for a single person this makes other card holder very tension and wasting lot of time to get things because of this problem and they asking to buy grocery compulsoryly. So deparment of ration takes nacessary action to rectify this problem.

hamare yaha jo sarkari ration ki dukan hai uska malik costumar ko ration bahut kam deta hai or kabhi kabhi to vo ration bahar ki dukano par becha deta hai costumar us ration ki dukan ke roj chakkar lagate hai.

vo ration hame kuchh is tarha deta hai.

jaha tak hai vo hame pura ration bhi nhi deta hai jo srakar ki taraf se hame wheat...

My name is Velayutham. I am residing at Villivakkam. In our ration shop (ID - FB041) stock is coming from Chinthamani Godown (ID - X-405) . Any time we went to the ration shop they said that there is no stock. Today morning I went to the same shop for the monthly purchase. There we all can able to see some boxes of palm oil, but they refused to give it to the customer. So many poor people were not getting the food products...

The ration shop for Jeppu Area in Mangalore has not been issuing rice and wheat for the last two months. The reason stated by the ration shop is that they have not received the same from the government. We need to know if this is true. If this is not true, then could you please take necessary action against this ration shop.

I would like to draw your attention to a serious matter that the Kappalandimukku Ration shop is not working properly according to the working Hours. The shop will be closed at the working hours and if opened he will be closed early. The owner of the Ration Shop has many other businesses and is fully involved in those businesses, and so he has no time open the ration shop on time. Kindly do something as soon as possible to clear this problem...

To whom it may concern,

I want to complaint against my area rationing shop owner as he sells food grains supposedly for poor people to local chakki's and other shops at market price and giving the deserving people less or no grains at at all. Please look into this matter. Also officers take bribe from him to take no action on that.

The Ration shop in Butt road (Silver street) is become a place where all the food material is now being sold to wholesale shop keeps in the locality. The common people are being denied of the ration that we are eligible to get and all of the material is being marketed and sold to the wholesale shop keepers. When we question them about this, they tell us that it is none of our business and say that they have no stock that they can give us....
