My credit card# 54XX 38X3 23X2 5XX7 issued by Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. I have been using this card since 2006. But stopped using since january this year. Due to some personal reasons could not pay 2months emi. This made the bank to block the card. I didn't mind this. I thought it would be active when I repay. Again started paying the monthly EMIs. Now when I applied for the loan, this overdue amount showed up....

My concern is in reference to a certain act by Royal Bank of Scotland, that I consider unethical and would need your help in clarifying. Dear Sir/Madam

Iam a salaried person working with a reputed investment bank in Chennai.
I possessed a corporate credit card of Royal Bank of Scotland formerly known as ABN AMRO in 2008.
During 2008-9 i was away from country on a project and couldn't pay my dues on time. And they had levied more charges like-finance charges.
Later on when i was back to India, i sent them emails and made phone calls...

I had 2 RBS credit cards with a combined credit limit of Rs. 2,57,000.00 Yesterday I received a message from them stating that the credit limit has been reduced to Rs. 1,500.00. On enquiry, the customer service executive confirmed the same.

I have never missed a due date, more importantly i have not used the card in the last 2 months.

This is very insulting and absurd. To top all that, an executive named Shoaib...

Dear sir,

Just go through the matter and do the needful as these foriegn banks are compeling me to adopt the unethical practices and enforcing me to act as the fraudlent people.

I was using RBS Credit Card for the duration of approx 2 yrs and without any issues and I was paying complete usage charges on time without any delay but when I found recently that the bank has started charging unnecessary financial charges, I have stopped using it but paid my complete usage charges till date without any issues.
