Credit Card goes to settlement process without the customer's consent

Hi,

My credit card# 54XX 38X3 23X2 5XX7 issued by Royal Bank of Scotland N.V. I have been using this card since 2006. But stopped using since january this year. Due to some personal reasons could not pay 2months emi. This made the bank to block the card. I didn't mind this. I thought it would be active when I repay. Again started paying the monthly EMIs. Now when I applied for the loan, this overdue amount showed up....

Harassment by RBS

Hi,

My concern is in reference to a certain act by Royal Bank of Scotland, that I consider unethical and would need your help in clarifying. Due to certain financial troubles at my end, including an accident in June, I ended up being behind on some of my payments. Reducing the Credit Limit without any reason

I had 2 RBS credit cards with a combined credit limit of Rs. 2,57,000.00 Yesterday I received a message from them stating that the credit limit has been reduced to Rs. 1,500.00. On enquiry, the customer service executive confirmed the same.

I have never missed a due date, more importantly i have not used the card in the last 2 months.

This is very insulting and absurd. To top all that, an executive named Shoaib...

Credit limit got reduced

fake commitments made by bank by phone
