I had recharged my jio number with rupees 199 plan, on the 16th of March well in advance when my plan expires today, that is the 17th of March. The recharge has been done from my SBI card using Google pay and the transfer is successful as shown by Google pay but when I placed a call through my jio number I am unable to make the call because of my current plan expiery which means that the recharge that I have done on the 16th is not successful...

Mobile recharge are not done

I had recharged my mobile (aircel) on 26/7/2016 for 77 rupees, from paytm order number is -[protected]. balance is deducted from bank account but recharge is fail. bank balance are not refunded in 48 hours. but near about 120 hour are complite but balance are not refunded, so my request is please refund my balance as early as possible or view attach document.
O, please refund my money in bank account....
