Dear sir, my name is mohanasundaram i am from vellore district. some body had done online transaction two times of Rs.9999 (ie 19998 Rs) from my icici savings account in your merchat site called rechargefactory . on continious investigation from the icici bank they have give a proof of transaction details. here i have attached the transaction proof. kindly provide me the customer details who had done this so that i can file a complaint...

On 2nd july i have recharged my mobile via recharge factory with 160rs balance is debited but recharge not done after i raised a complaint balance is crdited in recharge factory wallet...on on july 12th agian i recharged to recharge my mobile with 40rs & 40rs recharge is not done but money is debited. then onwards site is down for maintenance till now . on 3rd august i got a call from from [protected] at 9am please tell me ur debit card details...

I was recharged my mobile number :[protected] on 12th july 2015 on recharge factory site twice with 40rs recharge was not done but my wallet balance on recharge factory site is debited 80rs.. now the site is also not opened it show from there SITE IS UNDER MAINTENANCE my email id is: [protected]@gmail.com my conatct number is :[protected]...

I recharge in my mobile number with Rs.80 from Recharge Factory. My recharge payment Rs.80 successfully complete and amount also deducted from my bank account. I recharge in my mobile number with Date: 08/01/15 09:56:20. But still now Date: 13/01/15 my Recharge Status Pending. I also contact to Recharge Factory and provide photo proof but it does not give any response....
