Money not refunded despite failed transaction for 2 months

I recharged my mobile for Rs. 1000, through the website http://www.recharges.in/ with the EBS Payment ID : 49038105, on 11th February 2016. Although I received an email claiming the recharge as a success, the recharge transaction did not go through. I have already mailed and sent messages on FB to the concerned contacts many times about this problem. I even raised 2 tickets #1544 and #1545 about the failure of payment from their website,...

Piggy Bank cash dead

I tried making recharge payment to 3 different mobile nos / DTH through my Piggy Bank account on 10.Jul.2014 but all transactions are showing as "Failed". I had sent you a mail on the same day and you replied with "Your Request Ticket ID ::TIC1099 Has been :- Opened" and also stated that the issue will be resolved within 72 Hours but no action has been taking till date.MY Piggy Bank cash show as it is Rs. 2300.00. I tried making payment today...

automatically done recharges

I done 2 recharges for order id 4752, 4751 on 18/4/2014 for grand total of rs. 659 & 1 recharge for order id 4579 on 10/4/2014 for rs 200 but that time all failed but on 24/4/2014 all recharges were successful. What is this, my money is misused bcoz of recharges.in website problem. They recharged automatically whenever they want. They rechaged for [protected] for rs 499 topup instead of special recharge. they don't want to transfer my money to my bank account

They call from [protected] at 11:56 & 11:32 for transfer my money to my bank account and take my all bank & ATM information from me including ATM PIN. Then said we transfer your money but after they again call me and said transaction was unsuccessful because you don't have sufficient balance. They are like a fraud company who take all information in the name of RBI. I said drop a cheque for my account number then they said this...

recharges.in site not working

Recharges.in is not working for me for which i complained to customer care of recharges.in at [protected]@recharges.in & there site. But they said this is your problem not our. They refund my piggybank savings of rs 1028 after 4 months when i complained to you. They blocked my precious money from last 5 months. Not any recharge done at there site. they are not refunding back my money either to my bank account or piggybank savings

I recharged my tata docomo number [protected] on 12/11/2013 for 2 times for rs 499 via recharges.in

Payment was debited from my bank account but rechared was no done.

I contact my SBI bracnh for the same but they said that we are not responsible for internet transactions. Thereafter i contact recharges.in on facebook via messages then they transfer my rs 1028 ( rs 998 + 30rs for facing problem) into my piggybank...
