Hello, My name is Gautam Talukdar. Address- Abhayapuri. Pin-783384. District- Bongaigaon. State- Assam. I took a distributor franchise from RedBox Courier & Cargo PVT LTD and I have signed the agreement on 3rd November 2016. Due to the agreement I have paid Rs.15, 000 in RedBox courier's HDFC Bank A/C No- [protected] via NEFT from my SBI A/C No-[protected]. But after that I came to know that there is not even any district hub of RedBox...

Once if you deposit the money in company account after that nothing to support. Because i deposited 2000 amount in company account before 1 month but still booking consignment are given to me. Also training not provided how to operate. How redbox courier working. Only user id provided. No single phone call from company within 1 month.

O you can think about this....

I need clarification whether this company is fraud or genuine (legit)
Coz the company is recently launched in india (they are saying)
But i heard that city express courier was also did this type now they are in fraud list so
In case of redbox courier is this same or please someone clarify this
They where asking franchise fee's about 15000/- for district hub
And after that for security fees about 1, 00, 000/-...
