I have ordered for refurbished mobile phone for Rs 3699 and payment is made. still redmetti.com order tracking shows that is still processing. they are not responsing to my e mail....

I am ordering a refurbished mobile [Order #52197] (6th February 2022, Redmi Note 10S, my order was not delivered to me, at the same time I track my order it is shown ( Order #52197 was placed on 6th February 2022 and is currently Completed.) but not delivered to me...
