I have complited diploma through rcp college in 2014. i am complaining to mr. rajesh prasad director of regional college. he has provide provisionl certificate. now he is not providing final diploma when ever i contact with him he always said rest assured i will provide in 2-3 months. but now its going to past 2 years and still he is saying provide in 2-3 months. this college is affiliated to assam university silcher. i am requesting to you...
