Dear RPO Ghaziabad
I am writing to bring to your attention the critical delay in processing my passport application, which is currently being handled by the POPSK Hathras. Despite the submission on 27th September, the application has not been forwarded to RPO Ghaziabad, causing a significant setback in my study abroad plans.

I had applied for issuance of a new passport on 06.07.2012. Police and local intelligence unit have verified my documents in the month of Oct 2012. I sought some information under RTI on 03.08.2013. But till date I did not receive neither acknowledgement of my application under RTI nor replies of my queries. My particulars are as :

This mail is regarding my parent’s passport. They have applied for passport in Feb'12 (from Hathras) and their application reached to Ghaziabad office on 7th March'12 after all police verification. Despite 5 personnel visit at Ghaziabad Passport office and repeated reminder through mail, nothing happened. Non-receipt of Passport GZB AO7057611

I have applied for a Passport on 20.12.2011 vide Cash Receipt No. GABAO7057611, Key No. [protected] and police verification in this respect has also been carried out on 29.12.2011. The "status report" (from 1st week of Feb 2012) shows that "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by 2/12/2012 subject to all documents being in order".
More than three months...
