PF Claim Setlled by EPFO BANDRA MUM on 12/2009 but cheque still not received

My PF Account
No MH/15544/13744 was settled on Chq.no. 872062 dated[protected]. Per instructions from EPFO BANDRA my claim cheque was sent to the banker in the Dec’09. I have contacted my banker and they have sent me a written note stating that they have not received any cheques and have also not returned any cheques.

Pension case not processed
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken voluntary retirement on 17-Dec-2005.
The pension case has been received by PF office (Bandra) on 10-Dec-2008.
But the case has not been processed yet.
Each time we contact the person (Extn-2109) at exemption 2 section of PF office we get only one answer that your case is not yet processed.
It already took 3 years for the case to reach PF office and now it is getting...
I have taken voluntary retirement on 17-Dec-2005.

My previous employer ICICI Bank has submitted our pension Claims in Form 10-C at your office on the 5th of Feb09 but there has been no communications since then about the status, its already over two months.
