I had previously registered myself wrongly in the wrong course. Now I am not able to register for the new course...

I have raised couple of request to register alone like below but I am getting response as Email ID and and date of joining and revealing is incorrect.

For mail ID - When i was with E serve they gave the mail ID J, Vimal [GCG-EMEA] or vimal.[protected]@citi.com
The DOJ and DOR I have mentioned as per the documents(Attached).

Please advise if the above mail id is incorrect then you should help me in getting...
