This complaint is regarding the my sofa cum bed order, they told me to deliver my sofa in 15days after placing the order and now almost one month us over after doing lot of follow ups with then but i didn’t received my sofa yet and the reasons they are giving me is foolish reasons our carpenter is not working today because its raining, carpenter is not well. Like seriously thats how you they make fool of thier customer. Request you to please...

This regarding wrong furniture sent by "Relax Sofa Cum Bed". We book Furniture from Relax Sofa Cum Bed, and bought on 24th Feb 2011. When they sent furniture to my home, the labour they sent with furniture they were not professionals.
