I have purchased the Relax-well queen size mattress 4-5 months back. I am very unsatisfied with the sagging of the coir. I have tried to contact many times to the customer service, But the Phone number is not reachable. I want to either replace my mattress as early as possible or request to refund the money back. I have purchased the mattress from woods concept (Address- 1431/ Shukrawar peth, Bajirao road, near Janata sahakari bank, Pune-411002)...

Late in delivery of Double cots
I purchased a double cot with relaxwell matress on 21 Jan 2009 in an offer given by Home town.
It was told that this will be delivered on 21 Feb 2009. On repeated followups the cot was delivered on 01 March 2009 and fixed on 03 March 2009 but the matress was not delivered. On enquiry it was told that there is strike in the warehouse and on call off of the same the matress will be delivered.
