Hello sir, Iam a coustomer of Sparx brand, I have bought slippers which are good looking, and good quality, but what to do with QUALITY WITH OUT COMFORT ???. Can't walk too long, and getting pain in toes. Worst experience with this product. Low cost slippers give good comfort. After using it Iam very glad to buy products of SPARX brand. hi, sir, i have already complain about same on last monday about the same product in this forum, but still they didn't took any step to solve my problem, still i am waiting for their reply, but they dint. and the footwear which i had purchased, are remain as such at home, even i cant wear it or get any response from them. so what to do now? how much time i have to wait???????????????...

i have purchased one pair (Sparks) of Relaxo Footwear, and as per their compensation policy, if product is damaged within 15 days, then they will give 100% compensation. the product which i have purchased having the problem, that rubber of that product was detached from the sole, and even the pattern on the rubber was also disappear. i had talked with the retailer, and he had gone for only repairing, but i was not satisfied with that, so...

I bought one pair of shoes from Haridwar, Moti Bazaar shop

there is the problem in one shoe of the pair.the shape of the left shoe is not proper.
