1) My contract started on 05.05.2012 but there was no services till 22.11.2013 for more than 1 year since nobody called or followed up. It is mentioned 3 free visits and free internal spares.Is it breach of contract.Please Advice

Our Faber Chimney is in contract for service since 2011 with Reliance Exports now known as Heatcraft, located in Goregaon (W) Mumbai.

I made several calls to the aforesaid office, talked to Ms Alisha (cell no [protected]) Mr Raj Mukherjee ([protected] - 77) but I have failed to receive any service for our chimney & now the Service contract got over on 11/10/2015

AMC for 3 years were made. Accordingly free services for Gas Table must be done every 4 months by the company. But I had no services for the first year since I was out of India to follow up, hence the company is taking advantage if not reminded.
