Reliance GSM Card Complaints & Reviews

I Have Reliance Gsm card.
Every day whenever i tried to call someone, i says to resume service please contact reliance customer care.
While i have submitted my all required documents and also i have sufficient balance at my mobile.

I is daily basis problem that i am facing last 25 Days.
I also tried contact to customer care but they take the call and disconnect it immediate.

I wanted to complaint regarding GSM service of reliance. On 7th aug 09, i recieved a message from RM 56363 for free talk time of Rs.100 if i will give a answer to the given question, sms charges Rs. 3/sms. I had given answers for 17 questions with charge of Rs.51, but i didnt got that free talk time.
Hence, i had called up to reliance customer care, but they are saying that offer is not from Reliance but its from 56363....

i have started using reliance gsm card on my mobile as i have rechared it by 500 rs. but now my mobile no. has been deactivated as i am not able to do outgoing calls since 5 days and here in bilaspur (chattisgarh) the local dealer is not supportive so what is the procedure further my gsm card mobile no. is [protected]...

This is regarding my pending complaint no[protected] which is pending from last 15 days.

Requesting you to salve my problem else refund my money to me.

I had called the customer care center 10-20 times but really I got very bad service from your

Customer care executives, Person named “Poulas” was very arrogant and you should try to

to improve the service.

i have bought my reliance gsm card from the reliance franchise in bhandup west situated at station plazathe card was free and the franchise person have made first frc of rs 20/- and the tooked twenty rs from me i have taken three card for rs 60/- and there was a scheme on the card that i will get daily rupees ten to use for three months i.e rupees nine hundred and also free night plan to call any reliance phone for free timing was 11.00 pm...
