My Reliance no is [protected] My name is sonu. I was recharge my no with 599 and got 4000 r-r std min for 28days. I used 2100min and 1900min remain.But when I call rel. No on 19/7/15 than charge for call that was taq. Prob but now 9:30pm 21/7/15 same problem creat and detact my totally 8.25 rs. I am a postpaid customer([protected]) of Reliance gsm(j&k).news service has been activated on my number without my knowledge.when i called customer care and inquired about it,he said that i have activated the service via msgs,which i have not because msg service has not been resumed in j&k till date.And i am 100% sure that the service has been activated by the company.So please help me in the matter so that company wont charge me...
