I am a Reliance GSM service user, I am using my Prepaid mobile no: +91 [protected] in ORISSA Circle since last five years but now the company automatically blocked my SIM card. When I inserted the SIM it shows Invalid SIM. While I have contact the local office they ask me Rs 320/- for issuing of same Number and told me that this number is converted in to postpaid. I am giving this number during registration of my IBPS exam on JUNE...

I spoke to the Reliance Customer Care regarding my complaint,

Initially on 23nd Mar 2011 when i called them they said they are 2 services(VAS Services) are activated on my mobile [protected] number, i asked them to unsubscribe to these packages. they confired that the services are unsubscribed...

Then I recharged my mobile with RC150(Full Talktime) on 23nd Mar 2011 night.

Reliance has activated CRBT service without my concern. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

When I tried to send message to Unsuscribe to this CRBT service. I am unable to send the message....
