gprs pack deactivation

Dear sir
i am using smart connection my no. is [protected] n i wants to deactivat 51 rs of gprs pack i have been trying from last 1 month to contect cust care call centre but it never gets connected if it gets connected so they drop the call relation ship centre people also dont help plz get deactivated 51 rs of gprs pach of my this no. [protected]...

Money Deducted from my Balance

Dear Sir
I Shri Swapan Samanta, Mobile no. [protected], the service provider deducted money from my balance without any cause. When I asked customer care for clarification, they were not responding. On 21st July 2010 they deducted Rs. 40/- for caller tune activation. but I was not activating.
If you kindly give me solution of this matter, I will thank full to you.
