From my account they cut 2100 rs balance

Plzz help me . I have not made any international . but when I am asking from customer care then they r telling that I have made international call and on 4january 2016 they cut 2100 rs only for 12mintues, , , , and on 8 January they again 150 minutes for 7minutes


So plzz help to get refund my balance....

Wrong deactivation of sms pack

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Reliance has wrong deactivated my 5p sms pack and even calling them innumerable times they are not reactivating it neither are they ready to take any complain .. they say it will automatically be resolved within a day but its 24 days and still no action taken .. i want you to please take strict action against this imposition of reliance as i have to pay 100p instead of 5p per sms which hinders my work...

Unauthorized activation of 3rd Party Service (Astro Pack)

I have purchased Reliance GSM number [protected] three months back, for 1st 2 month i never faced any problem but now Reliance has deducted 30 Rs from my prepaid Account for nothing, when i called up customer care they said it was deducted for astrology pach and when i asked for Reembursment the Executive said it's third party services and call on [protected] for more clarification, what should i do now, is reliance that poor....

always useless deduction of balance

i have a reliance gsm sim card .
they deduct my balance saying that u have subscribe this and that plan or somthing...

but infact i recive acall for to subscribe so an so plan and don't reply for it


and when i call the costumer care[*333] they don't take my call

once i called costumer care for the same purpose then one of their employee told me that we will not recive...
