Dear sir

I am policyholder of Reliance Healthwise policy, which is provided by my organization as medical benefits. I am really fed-up with the TPA response (Medi Assit Chennai ). My Wife was admitted to hospital in the month of August 2010 and submitted all the documents through By me to agent by September 7, 2010.

Delay in medical reimbursment

I am holding reliance healthwise policy since last three years the latest was reniewed on 28th march 2009 policy no. is[protected].

I was hospitalized in Aug. 2009 and i sent a reimbursment claim to mediassist india which they received on 24th sept. 09 bearing claim no. 4361381 . of Rs 54026/-

Till date i have not received my claim yet.
I will seriously advise everybody not to take Reliance mediclaim...

non receipt of policy document &kit

we have reliance healthwise policy no.[protected],which renewed on[protected].in the name of mr. kishori lal sharma. but till date i have not recd. policy document & kit.many times we complained at customer care helpline no.39898282 & chatting at the website of comany abuot this matter last time ihave chating with miss neeta & mr.benjour dt.[protected] &[protected] respectively. my req no.862651. but till date no action...

which was Rejected due to evaluation reasons
however Doctor MANDAR DESHPANDE has issued a letter for minor surgery


I had to undergo a minor surgery and the letter was issued by senior

Delayed Approval

I am having Reliance HealthWise Policy from last two years and is due for renewal in October 2009. The id number printed on the card is[protected]. My policy is for FIVE LACS and is umbrella cover for my entire family which includes myself,my wife Geeta, daughter Aakriti and son Siddharth.

One goes for such medical insurances keeping in mind high cost of treatment and safe guard of family members from such medical emergencies...

i am going through the horrible experiance with reliance healthwise policy, my policy number is[protected] i had been admitted to the hospital on13th april 2008 and i had been discharged on 17th april 2008 .the day i was discharged we asked for the claim in the morning in evening at 7.30 pm we had been told that the claim had been denied to us.
