Dear Sir / Madam,
I have to complain about irregularity by RIM Distributor, Haridwar.
My self is Shreekant Rathore from Haridwar Uttarakhand. I purchased two Reliance GSM Sim Card from Road Counter in Roorkee. Two Number were [protected], [protected]. I submitted my Two Xerox of my DL and two Photographs as no retailer will give SIM without documents.
Now I could not attend the verification calls...

Generally I witness that my RIM GSM phone's incoming calls are barred or stopped and the IVR says that the number is Switched OFF when the number is ON as well as the tower signal is strong. Though I can make Outgoing calls at these times.
Contacting the customer care is frustrating as these guys are real and give lame excuses like there is no tower or the phone is off etc.
How can the phone be Off or signal be weak if...

Poor service
I purchased a new connection from RIM India with GSM sim card.I was not able to call certain STD numbers from the phone.Even after repeated complaints the problem was mot resolved. I feel cheated by the company....
