Activating service without confirmation

Every time when I am recharging my number, a service called 'Bakwas' autmactically get activated. I have called twice to de-activate this service, reliance customer representative said that it would get deactivated in next 2 days but it never got deactivated instead service resumes after every recharge. Reliance said that service is getting activated through IVR system and I am pretty much sure that I have never used IVR to activate...

Amount deducted without subscribing Missed Call Alert service

I was shocked to receive the SMS on 22.07.2009 saying "Dear customer, you are now subscribed to our Missed call alert service" from sender 52811. I had not subscribed for the service and the company has deducted money from my prepaid account balance without my knowledge.

Same day, I lodged a complaint to stop the service and refund the amount deducted. I was given the complaint number[protected] by the representative...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Fake statements, poor customer service!

On 07/10/2006 i have recharged my account with 399 E-recharge, according to this tarrif, we get unlimited calling from RIM to RIm within our state, but from last night it has been charged in my account. Last night when i am talking from one of my friend, Rs.40(App.) was deducted from my balance and my free call facility was also closed. When i make the complain, then one of your customer representative says that there is a technical fault...
