Un necessary Bills and threatening from Collection agents

This is to inform you , that i have already sent a mail earlier about this and i got a call today for the resolving my phone issue but my issue is with the wrong bills which was sent to me by adding all the late fees.
I had asked them to repair the phone i will pay the and i will also continue with the service but instead they never came to repiar and kept on sending me the bills and after that treatening to pay...

Call Drops both Outgoing & Incoming

Respected Sir / Madam

Last complain registered Ref No.:[protected] dt. 09.02.2011. Reliance system showing they have forwarded the complain to respective department.

Our Tel No.[protected] both incoming and outgoing there is call drop unable to make outgoing and receive incoming call most of the time. Complaints have been registered time and again.

Changing of ownership name

Landline No.[protected] in the name of Corporate Sector, M/s Karpagambal Jewellery has to be changed in the name of R.Sathyanarayanan for which I already given photo id proof, address proof and also no objection from the Corporate Company as long as two months before through your Adyar Web World but till date no change of name. Kindly advise and take immediate action under advice to me.

No Refund for surrenderred Telephone

Hi,

I had a land line phone with number[protected] which I surrenderred in June, 2007. I have submitted the handset as well to their web world on 09.08.2007 and due receipt collected. As per the Handset Return form an amount of Rs.2293/- is due to me, for which no action is being taken by Reliance.

Reliance has a verry poor customer service system either through their tele-services or the web world. Whenever...
