The activation of this service takes 45 days post which the rules say that no unsolicited calls or sms should be made or sent to that registered...but till date not this service activate in my cells, calls disturbing me any time

I made online recharge of Rs. 496 earlier and Rs. 200 for lifetime RIM prepaid and there was no amount recharged. bank transaction was successful but RIM did not credit the money to my account. I followed up with the customer service and no response except a complaint number, mailed the so called "nodal officer" and one more authority and no response to mail nor answer to the call.

i am distrub for other parties service sms 53131. I am not activated this service but before one month i received to sms 53030. I am stopped this massage by sms to 53030 but now i received massage from 53131. i contact to reliance cutomer care but not satisfication answer me. company say, we are unable for stopping 53131 service. so, this reason, i am not recharge of my mobile because i am recharge to mobile then less money in my account...
