I am the member of reliance one card for the last 2 years . I have the permanent card also . What they cheated me " at the time form filling they told i wil get 1% cash back on all mu purchese...but lateron they changed Rs.0.75 as a cash back with out informing the customers

Dear Sir,

I had purchased groceries worth Rs 334.93 on 15-08-08 and was billed @ 18.55 mins. The cash counter guy swipped my debit card thrice instead of requests made by me not to do so.
Now that same amount is deducted thrice from my account instead of once.
After repeated calls to the reliance one store there no positive response and they are say they will verify and see.
