Disconnection of Phone wrongly

I have a Reliance WLL phone number[protected]. The Relation ship number is [protected]. Its services have been discontinued allegedly because of non payment of a bill of Nov'10. All bills have been paid since then. It was disconnected earlier in Feb'11 also. The bill of Nov'10 for Rs 414 was also paid within due date and the cheque was encashed by the service provider. Network and call drop problem

I'm a reliance mobile postpaid customer. My number is [protected] and I have registered a complaint for network problem and call drop with reliance on 8th october 2009. When ever I call reliance customer care they just say that my request is in resolving state. I have complained regarding this to the Nodal officer and Appellateauthority regarding this but nothing has been done. My call drops and voice starts breaking within 5 minutes...
