I am orginal share holder of Reliance Industries and after the bifurcation of the company I received variours shares of Rel Capital, R com,RNRL ltd,and others. After the merger of RNRL with Reliance power I was further alloted 11 shares of reliance power, but since we are not staying at the registered address...

I had applied for the Reliance Power IPO in Jan 2008.( Payment of Rs 25,875/- has been made from my Account.
Till date, no shares have been allotted to me nor have I received the refund.
Earlier ( last follow up in Aug 2010 ) I have fwd you this complaint along with a photocopy of the Cheque and application form.
As I was following up with Karvy, much to my surprise, I received a Proxy Ballot Form ( Serial no 1861632)...

I have applied for reliance power shares and recieved on only 17 shares plus balance refund of Rs.18565 vide cheque no. 178460 dt 01/02/2008 ( ref no.5598148/refund order no.118458 ). the cheque was presented for clearance and was dishonoured by the bank with a memo REFER TO DRAWER. the same cheque has been returned to you in april 2008. till this date we have not heard from yoy in this regard

On 10.11.08, I had sent an envleope containing original RC Book to Mr.R.Nagraj, Manager - Enercon India Ltd., C-37, Ramaswamy Nagar, Udumalpet, Distt Coimbatore by AMS Courier from Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.

Mr.Nagraj received the envelope which was tear off from bottom and closed with stapler pin.

A very important original RC book was not found...
