I have purchased a SAMSUNG Galaxy Y Duos mobile phone from Vijay Sales, Dwarka New Delhi (V No.78DDW10-12SDN 1) on 12.10.2012. One relience SIM was also given to me alongwith aforesaid phone with a condition that I will get free 1 GB data every month for 6 months. But this service has not started on my phone. Inspite of several requests with customer care of Reliance, they have not takern it positively.

my self ganesh kolte([protected]@yahoo.co.in) i have reliance sim card([protected]) i told customer care too many time please don't active any service on my sim card. and always they replied Service is activated by you and we can't refund your money Actually i didnt reply any service messages. and its happen too many time with me they deduct the balance without permission and after deduction they don't send any...

i got reliance sim last month...and since then it has been a problem...Every now and then they are activating one or more plans on my sim card w/o my consult....when i m talking to thier customaer care executive, they say that since it is in their database that means i have asked for these activation...but i hav never sent any this kind of message.. i hav already lost around 60 rs...pls help...

i purchase duplicate sim card of reliance company from reliance mobile store, new sanganer road, sodala, jaipur, rajasthan. they charged high rate from the real rate and not giving me bill or receipt. they enter purchase details in their own register.

On 2nd of Aug 10 I lost my cellphone with Reliance GSM Sim card (Phone No [protected]). Through reliance customer care I got that Sim blocked (Requisition No[protected]. Again on 16 Aug 10 I got issued a duplicate Sim from the Reliance store Pallavaram for Rs 50.00 with ICCID:[protected]. I was assured that Sim will be activated by same day evening. But when I tried in my cellphone it was displayed on screen as 'invalid...

I have a complaint regarding the Reliance sim that iam using now.. My number is[protected].. I have been experiencing problems like iam not able to make a call to any number..moreover they automatically upload m.vedio(i do not even no what it is) and cut Rs.15 every month since 2 months.one more is their customer service is not good....

I have lost my Reliance sim card (GSM) along with my cell phone baring cell no. [protected] (purchased at Secunderabad, Police Line show room) on 3rd January 2010 in Auto at Kchiguda Railway Station – Hyderabad while getting down for catching Chennai train at 4 pm. My prepaid reliance mobile number [protected] outgoing calls are barred despite of its balance of 50 Rs. and validity upto lifetime and inspite of repeated number of complaints to the customer care service my onsaid problem hasn't been sorted out.Everytime a false assurance is being made in lieu of my complain to the customer care that it will be sorted out within 24 to 72 hrs. Hi I am Kuldeep working for the Tata Consultancy Services in Mumbai.
I went to a reliance web world located in borivali [e] and ask for the re-issue my lost sim.
they first asked me for 100 rs. But as i talked to the customer care it is free of cost.
i again concern to the web world person. He again ask me for 150 rs also talked to me in a bad manner.
i wonder if you take any action against this all.

This is Rahul. I am living in New Sangavi, Pune 27. In our neighbourby area one Mobile shop keeper the recently launched GSM SIM card to 100 Rs. But original cost of it is Rs.25.only.
