Since last two months, mix maza pack has been automatically activated on my mobile without any prior request or consent and therefore, Rs Forty per month is being automatically deducted. I am not interested in this service nor I have asked for it. This service may kindly be dectivated and Rs. Eighty be refunded to my account.br...

It is the third day that mobile is not working, there is no network in any of my smart mobiles neither yhe help lines can be called to tell the problem . there is on sence of resposibility for providing a good service to the customers, if the same senario continues I feel that you will lose all youer users.
