Sir, i am using reliance smart sim no. [protected] since 7 years in between i change this no.in mnp to vodafone network but now i didn't get by no. When i lost it vodafone network says this no. Is return to reliance network please help in this matter. Since two months i running to vodafone store i give all documents at last they said according to trai they return to reliance network....

dear sir/madam when my smart sim is inserted then i am going to rim consumer care office supela bhilai chhatisgarh but not available sim in stock and this problem is going on three day what is this this not a excuse this is very critical situation some peoples are fight this type of problem pls carefully send a sim and again this is not repeted.
and sim quality is poor my sim is only 2 years is ok then finish totally...

I hv to file a complain aganist activation of some sevices in my sim like circket update and all.....
I WANT TO DEACTIVATE all those sevieces WHICH IS ACTIVATED IN MY SIM....i hv also called to custumor care but it is not responding against my complain.....
So kindely deactivate my activated servises........

network problem
I am using smart sim from last 1 month in chandarshekharpura in bhubaneshwar(orrisa). Whenever i try to check balance by dialing *402*#. It always show requesting requesting requesting... It is very bad service. Even while talking, call disconnects so many time and it gives the message that error in Code..what is This? Reliance should feel shame on this. Signals are always full but still this problem is there. If you will resolve this problem...
