I had made purchase at Reliance Mart, Gurgaon and got two movie ticket voucher no. CR790127f6. Then I registered and got authentication no. acf8d2327 on 14.01.2016. Then I booked 2 options for movie ticket and received an sms that I will get ticket within 48 hrs. But I have not recd the ticket till now. Kindly send tickets immediately or I will be left with no alternative but to go to consumer Forum.

I had paid the bill through ICICI debit card. After 15 days, when I received my bank statement; I noticed that reliance super claimed twice on the same bill with transaction no. as VSP/RELIANCE/HY/[protected]/0 & VSP/RELIANCE/[protected]/0....

having the mindset of getting things a bit lower rates at reliance super, purchased one nescafe coffee powder from reliance super -150 rind rd-rajkot. surprised to find from the bill that they have charged 73/- instead of 70/- which is the mrp on the product. when brought to the notice, they were least bothered.
whom do i give the complaint, as they might have been doing this for long..

the general courtesy is missing in reliance super staff located in jamnagar. i am working in air force and 7 months pregnant. i happen to visit reliance super on Tuesday morning. in the end after finishing the payment business i requested one of the staff member if he can provide me some help to carry those heavy bags till my car , for which the gentleman bluntly refused. this displays the kind of training...

We purchased 7 Usha Ceiling Fans on 31st August 2010 from Reliance Super- Reliance Hypermart Ltd, Gunjan Chowki, Vapi. Of the 7fans 2 were not working. We immediately took them back for replacement but we were informed that these fans would be repaired and not replaced. On 16/7 i purchased some goods from jamnagar reliance super. bill no-#0112.

The ammount was Rs. 177.04. The Usual rounding is -0.04 so the ammount should be Rs. 177.00 But the rounding calculated is +0.46 and the ammount became Rs. 177.50. And again the store didn't had the change so i got chocalates worth 2.5 Rs. ( I think so).

I think this is the swindling of customers money...

I brought one product and went for an exchange. There were 3 barcode on the product (1 on product, 1 on product which is free on purchase n 1 which is on combined pack). They check only one bar code and said they you are buying product from other store n then u r returning product here. They were not even ready to check the barcode number in the system....

I have purchased a PG DVD Player from Reliance Super Mart, Mundra Road, Bhuj on dtd.08.01.2009 vide Bill No.0056 dtd.08.01.09 issued at 14:02:04 hrs. The cost of the said DVD Player is Rs.1349.00 and the guarantee/warranty period of the same is 6 months from date of purchase. The DVD Player was deposited Reli.
