I am utterly surprised at the silence and reluctance to shift the aforesaid tower from our premise even after my repeated requests since November, 2008, in several occasions by dismissing our agreement in this regard. I also request you to clear all backlog rent dues payable to me. The request was placed after the occurrence of two fire incidents in the panel board of the tower within a short span of only two months (Sep’08 & Nov’08)...

I am writing this on behalf of my father. We have given one of my land on lease rent to Reliance Telecom Infrastructure Limited to set up telecom tower. As per the agreement with Reliance Telecom Infrastructure Limited, rent will be paid on a monthly basis. However, this lease rent payment term has been revised to Quarterly basis later on.
