Issueing bill even after service is terminated

I am vipul vasava from Vadodara , Gujarat. I was reliance broadband user. On 8 August I complaint to termination of internet connection.

Reliance company is harashing me

Hi ,
I had request reliance to terminate my internet services on 1st march but reliance is sending me bill for March month and april month when i didnt pay as i didtn use sevices. Now in sep Month 2009 they are sending me court notice it seems no law and order is here in inda , we pepole scare to go court ,police etc.
if any one can help me i will be really thankful to them.

No response for complaint

I registered a complain with reliance customer care on 5-nov-2008
that my broadband is not getting connected (no connectivity in the night) complaint no.79585013 it has been rigorous sessions of calling them everyday till 12 Nov 2008. now i have put a request to terminate this service. But main problem is that they are saying they're gonna terminate it in 15 days time and charge me for the same and they are not willing to sort...

Connection not set up!

I have submitted my documents and also the check to the reliance executives. The documents were submitted on the 6th of this month, and i was told it would be active in 7 working days. Today is the 17th and i've been told that it will take another four days due to non availability of the hardware.
For a company like reliance, i find this quite surprising! I would like to know if there is anything to speed up the process.

OVERBILLING

Reliance communication has overcharged my bill amount Of Rs 1152. eight times through their online bill payment site. and are not willing to return the excess amount of Rs. 9216.
Since i have paid the amount through credit card it is attractime a huge interest as well as an overlimit fee.

Their customer service executives are of no use as well.

My advise to all users Never attempt to pay on reliance website....
