My no is [protected]. I have activated a call pack of 152 after which my out going calls were made free. I am not able to do any outgoing calls as either the phone is getting disconnected or saying network busy.
I also tried to contact customer care executive via ivr but after saying connecting to customer care executive and the next option is for menu based option dial *111#. The phone is not getting connected...

yesterday i have recharded my relience gsm no. [protected] with 100 rupees.i donot know why my balance has been duducted.it happen twise but last time amount was refunded.plz solve my problem.From long time i am relience user but now this is not fare.there is no option to contact cutomer care i am from last day .plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

[protected] ) it was working fine but now i am not able to make any call even cant receive any call, while calling it showing the error message "Connection error", i called customer care many time but they are not replying it correctly. kindly do need full....
