Wrong product supplied. I ordered a bose blue tooth rivoli vide order no 2770. On 7 august i received the packet. After paying rs 3799, i found a cheap product inside it. So i need the refund and the product back....

Given below is the confirmation mail received from the company. However the product received against the same is some local devise against Bose soundlink revolve. This is a way of cheating the customers.. I had sent a mail to the company but no one has responded yet.

I would like to get back my money and would request Remoshop to take back the product delivered.

The product was delivered by xpressbees courier...

This company is delivering fake speakers. Advertisement is with original bose products. But the actual product is absolutely fake...

Ordered soundlink bose speakers. Received cheap chinese speakers. Paid by google pay. I will be contacting the fraud squad through an ias officer....

I made On Line Purchase of the above item on April 14, 2020. Since then RemoShop and Razor Pay have not given any firm information on the delivery of what I ordered. After regular mails and follow up, they delivered One Speaker (not BOSE) - made in China that is nowhere close to what was ordered.

Hv ordered through https://remoshop.in for a bose soundlink revolve+ bluetooth speaker (Silver) on 19.05.2020 and paid ₹2, 999.69 through credit card. On may 21, 2020 at 2:24 pm received a confirmatory mail from [protected]@remoshop.in, with identification "[order #1068] (May 19, 2020)".

On 02.06.2020 a package has bn delivered at my address at around 11-25 am and it contained a "soundlink wireless portable bluetooth speaker",...
