Rentickle is a fraud company which is asking me to pay extra amount even when I am not supposed to. Their finance department is completely dumb. They are supposed to pay my refundable deposit instead they are asking me to pay extra.
Trying to contact them since 2 months now, still they are stubborn about it.
I really need help on the same....

Company is into renting services of furniture, electronics etc., i have ordered for a cot and mattress recently on which i have received a confirmation mail with local contact numbers vide order vide no.[protected]. I received a call from a local guy stating that only refurbished furniture is available that too of a different model. I have told the guy that he may bring the same but if they are not of good quality, i’ll return and cancel...

I have ordered 3+1+1 sofa set and 6 seater dining table for rent through rentickle website for my house in bangalore on 22, july 2019 by making full payment (Order no.[protected]. They claimed in their website that within 4 to 6 days, furnitures will be delivered. But after payment, they have taken 7 days for document verification and approval. I received an email after doc verification that, within 4 to 6 days furnitures will be delivered....
