I am working in this company from 8th may, when i joined @ 30, 000rs per month as a manager and after that till now they only given me 15, 000rs till now and when ever i say them about my salary they always say that come after two days and so on i dont have money to survive and my all savings are also finished now i dont have single money to survive i am borrowing money from my friends please take action on them and i want my salary to survive...

Non payment of Credit Note

I would like to bring in your kind notice that, I booked a flat in Gaur City 2 Grater Noida West through broker Resizone developers pvt ltd who is the authorize broker of Gaursons.
On booking, broker promised me that He will return one lack seven thousand rupees after 40 % payment and provided a credit note for the same.
Now he is denying to give me payment while I have already done 55 % payment to builder.
