Respite International Holidays Complaints & Reviews

I paid of Rs 17500 to Respite internation holidays Pvt.Ltd company on 14 dec 2019 and sighn 3 years agreement for Holidays for 3days & 4 nights.
I tried calling thire contact numbers are not invalid i checked visited erandawane office that office also got shutt.
After taht i serach company details on Google i found Company owner name
Satish raut and his mail id - atishraut5927.[protected]@gmail.com
But his not replying...

I have taken 5 years package from respite international holidays pvt ltd pune.
When i am trying to contact them all contact numbers are not reachable and even office also closed.
Strict action need to be taken against the management and money should be refunded to all people who were victim of this fraud.

They cheated many peoples. Please help....

Last year, I took 5 years membership of Respite of Rs 1.4 Lakh, planned vacation in this year but due to Covid19 lockdown, didn't work out.. wanted to register a police complaint but thought to wait .. but now I will register the Police Complaint for sure.. in this forum if we get united and register police complaint, may able to arrest the Respite management and refund....

I paid 43000 inr for 3 year membership of respite international holiday.in the membership i can avail a 7 days stay anywhere everyyear. I got this membership in october 2019 and also have the papers for same. Now the company numbers are not responding even google shows company is fraud and has permanently closed down....

Can you please file a legal complaint against this company. Now we came to know that this company is fraud, can you help to get money back.
