About policy claim

Sir my husband late Link Praveen Kumar who are expired as on date 22 april 2015. Our policy no is [protected]. I have never claim of this policy.I requested to u please take action as priority. Me Mrs Pushpa devi wife of late Lnk Praveen kumar. Please help me about this matter. Thank u....

the total bill was 1, 12, 076/- your company has send an sms that Rs 61, 940/- has been approved.. that is 55%. . . THIS WAS NOT DONE ON CASHLESS BASIS ( as promised).
