I purchese Ridex tv in[protected] but un known techinical reson tv not workong properly...

I was placed my order for purchasing of Arya1 50"4k UHD tv against order refer ance No JNVWWSKAR on 09/07/2021but till date there is No updates given by rideax India regarding dispatch of material...

I was placed my order for purchasing of 55" Arya 1 lite against order reference no QOGEOGWKL on Dtd. 01.03.2021 but till date there is no updates given by Ridaex India regarding dispatch of material....

Tv not delivered after booking done on 13 nov 20...

Bhot sare screenshot hain aur bhot kuch and ye sb mene apko hi send kiya hai but tab bhi koi help nahi mili na mere complain ko sunna. Na resolve kiya.. bill amount bhi mere pay kare gaye amount se kam hai... Sir meri ab bhi bs yehi request hai ap chaho toh change kar do tv please...

Me ap logo ko tv install hone se ab tak complaint kar raha hoon.. mere tv ka android work nahi kar raha tab complaint ki. Tv install hua tab bhi complaint ki.. tv me display le serial number likha hua hai. Jo ki remove nahi hota..
Display quality de le kar sound quality tak ki complaint hai.. infact.. jo amount mene pay kiya hai usse kam ka invoice hai... 100+ mail pe complain hai jiska ans kabhi...

I ordered a 50 inch QLED Tv from Ridaex.com of Rs 39999, first of all I received the product beyond the promised delivery time. The reason they provide for the delay was they cannot deliver the product because of monsoon.
The product which I received is defective and not as per the technical specifications provided by the Ridaex. I tried calling many times but they do not address my concern infact the customer care disconnects the...

We ordered ridaex 55 inch android smart tv in 2018 and waited for 2 months.. At last got it delivered in august.
In 2019, june problem started with tv... The screen image gets splitted into 2 parts and the image started jumping.
Then we called customer care number many times. After trying for so many days we sent an email and complained about it.
After few days they called back. They said they will do the needful.br...
