On 1/5/2023 I ordered a gift basket to be sent to friends in Italy on a specific delivery date. My credit card was charged for the order. I ordered rakhi to be delivered to the US on 6-Aug-2016 and I made the payment online. It was supposed to be delivered in next 2-3 days i.e.by 10-Aug-2016. but till now its has not been delivered. I am trying to contact the company from last 3 days but their phone is not reachable. I request the company to deliver it before 18th otherwise return my money.

I placed an order for a rakhi set to be delivered on USA on 3 sep on right florist yesterday. My payment of 3100 INR was deducted from my card but I did not recieve any confirmation mail from them.
IF they don't deliver my parcel le on th given date I Wil sue the company and send them a legal notice shortly...

Dear all
Please not i would like to complaint about fraud company who just take your money and they don't deliver your goods. Even staff is very rude at their office.
I ordered for a Rakhi hamper to deliver at the USA payment is been made thru credit card online. but 2-3 days they have investigated and then told me that your order is not successful so contact your bank for refund.
when i contacted my bank for refund they e-mailed me...

This company Right florist Pvt. Ltd. is a SCAM, they take your money but never deliver your order BEWARE !!!! i have have been robbed of $120.00AU and many others have too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Also they have multiple websites to trick you into thinking they are a big company...ie. www.japanflorist.com, www.spainflorist.com, BUT THEY ARE A SCAM RUNNING OUT OF INDIA!!!!...
