i wish to lodge a complain regarding misbehaviour by evening attendant ranjit on 29/6/15 at 2:00 pm in the nightas whenever you call he screams back and says he does not know anything about electricity . this has happened on many instances and i wish to bring it to your notice that such misbehaviour cannot be accepted if they are on customer support they have to make a effort to help or else kindly change the person . only in cases of discomfort...

From last 3 days beginning 31 May, power cuts are regularly happening in Sushant look phase 3 Sector 57, in the ev ning hours and last for 6-7 hours every day.
If this was not enough the Rigoss customer service do not answer calls for complaints and no one is found in their office during the power cut. Such pathetic quality of service is certainly not expected from Rigoss....

It is a matter of extreme annoyance to bring to notice that today is the fifth consecutive day that street lights are not working on the road adjoining my house E-45 Florence Villa Sushantlok - III. After sunset the road is thrown into pitch darkness that is a serious security threat.
I have registered complaints repeatedly at both the day and night helpline numbers as follows:
